Returns & Damages

All sales are final. Each piece is handcrafted and unique.

Material Defects: If you discover a material defect within 30 days of receipt, email photos to samdoughertypottery@gmail.com with your name, phone number, and description of the issue.

Transit Damage: If your piece arrives damaged:

1. Document with photos immediately
2. Email us within 48 hours with photos and your contact information
3. Keep the box, packaging, and damaged item (for shipping insurance purposes)

As each creation is one-of-a-kind, we cannot provide exact replacements but will work with you to find a comparable solution.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling or use after delivery.
