Shipping & Delivery

Each piece ships via reliable carriers to the continental United States. Orders process within 2-3 business days, with tracking provided once shipped.

Missing Deliveries: If tracking shows delivery but your package is missing:

1. Check all possible delivery spots (front/back doors, garage, with neighbors)
2. Verify your delivery address
3. Contact your local carrier with tracking number
4. Email us within 3 days of delivery date if unresolved

While we pack carefully, we cannot be responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact us promptly for assistance.
