I threw this light, comfortably shaped bowl on the wheel and then added three lobes to the rim while it was wet. I particularly like the interaction between the two glazes on the outside of this bowl, where they melt together to form light pastel blues. This bowl was fired to 2300 degrees in my old gas kiln. I've held onto it for few years to look at when I make new bowls.
